4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to partial or full charges.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Changes to Bookings

• Requests to modify bookings are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to substitute vehicles or adjust schedules due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, traffic, or safety concerns.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information at the time of booking.

• Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and comply with local laws and safety instructions.

• Pink Pearl Luxury Tours reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases of misconduct, illegal activity, or safety risks.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• While we take all reasonable steps to ensure safety and reliability, Pink Pearl Luxury Tours is not liable for delays, losses, injuries, or damages caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, acts of nature, or third-party actions.

• Use of our services is at the client’s own risk to the fullest extent permitted by law.
